Found Dog # 988420 Date Found: Apr 17, 2008 Pet Name: Dog Breed: Miniature Pinscher Gender: Male Size: Medium (20-50 lbs) Age: Young Color: Black & Brown Description: 2 dogs found holding up traffic on route 28 on the Salem NH / Methuen MA border. One is a mini pin and is VERY well fed - about 40 lbs. The other is a Chihauha who seems to follow the mini pin around. Happy, sweet dogs. Both seemed to be house broken and were not barkers. Little one seemed to follow the mini pin around. Location: Methuen, Massachusetts United States Route 28 on the border of Salem, NH and Methuen, MA	What does this mean? (pop-up)
