He was very thin, He has blue eyes an un-cropped ears and tails. His color is really brindle. Location: Oak Grove, Kentucky United States Found at a rest area on I-24 on the Tennessee line. He was waiting under some trees for his owners to come back. Yet no one come back for him. We want to make sure that we have looked hard for his owners. Someone doesn't put this much money into a dog, for this kind of extensive surgery and not want him back. He is so sweet.	What does this mean? (pop-up)
